Learning from Lead Industry Experts
Stephanie and I have 10+ years of combined experience running our own professional organizing businesses and have joined together to create Reset Solutions Consulting to help support YOU. We are continuing our visions for our own companies independently while also adding to a collective vision of helping other professional home organizers through Reset Solutions Consulting.
Together, we have brainstormed and queried organizers to find what we can do to support other organizers in the industry. When talking about how collaborating with other organizers to streamline backend processes, Stephanie reflected, "I realized that by collaborating with other organizers, the trajectory and level of growth for my own business could be greater than I never could have hoped for on my own." That's what we want for other organizers, the growth and support that comes from working together instead of working in isolation.

Joining a Community of Organizers
The organizing industry is unique in our genuine support of each other. We have an incredible community! Because we are a relatively new industry where our greatest competitor is awareness and where we are continually educating others on what professional organizing is, we have noticed an extra special spirit of friendship and connection between organizers across the country. Stephanie and I and many other organizers have felt the benefits of collaborating with others in the industry. However, as an industry, we're not collaborating enough to really improve our businesses.
Backend Business Support
We know you started an organizing business to organize, not to spend 90% of your time running a business. But if you're running your own business, you end up having to wear all of those hats on your own because who else is going to do it?.
In 2023, Stephanie and I partnered together to share backend costs for our organizing businesses. As we began to pool resources, we realized how other organizers could benefit from that same kind of support and access to important industry and marketing tools. In the professional organizing industry, so many of us are doing such a good job but we're running as independent silos. We're all spending money reinventing the wheel because our industry is lacking so many tools curated to our unique service.
Stephanie and I created Reset Solutions Consulting to create Programs and make our Business Builder Tools available so other professional organizers can benefit from shared resources and through greater profit and growth.

We believe in the proverb: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." We know we share a lot of the same pain points and are often burnt out either trying to make it work on our own or loosing profits from outsourcing everything. We are really excited to see how our resources will empower women in the professional organizing industry as we work to lift each other up and go far together.

For so long I thought that growth meant having a bigger team, and a bigger team meant more organizing and more jobs. But that ALSO still meant that I was running everything. I'm healthier and happier than I've been in years and I attribute that to finding more work-life balance because of the mental support, community, and shared resources we have now.

From a young age, Jen Martin, always loved organizing. As she grew older and had a family of her own, her love and value of an organized home just continued to grow. With four kids of her own, she knows how important organizational systems are to the foundation and well-being of a family's day-to-day life.​ Jen started Reset Your Nest in 2020 to bring her organizational skills to the rest of Utah. Her team of trained organizers has carefully and lovingly transformed the homes of over 500 homes.
